Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
- Each person must have pre-registered and
paid fees for class prior to coming to the class.
- Check-in time for the class is 10 minutes prior
to the start of class. Do not be late. Class starts on time. Late
arrivals will not be admitted to class without prior notice.
- Alcohol use before and during class in not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited. Disruptive behavior and outbursts in class
will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the class.
- An individual exit interview will be scheduled
with each participant to go over test scores and class work where
upon the certificate of completion will be given. This must be
done within 14 days of the course completion. There will be $25
rescheduling fee for any missed exit interview. It is your sole
responsibility to contact our office for rescheduling instructions.
There is a $10 replacement fee for lost certificate of completion.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel a class,
you must contact our office 7 working days before the first class
date. Less than 5 days, there is a $10 fee for rescheduling or
cancellation. Such notice must be made to the administrator, Brad
Austin.
* All fees are payable in Credit Card, Cash
or Money Order prior to or on the first day of class.
